About The Hunterdon Polo Classic
Dear Hunterdon Polo Classic Family, We hope you and yours are all well as we all navigate this new “COVID-19 normal.” We’ve been putting off this announcement, knowing you all have had other concerns these past few months. We will not be able to celebrate our 21st Polo Classic here with you all on June 13th. The health and safety of our whole Polo Classic family, whether you’re a guest, volunteer, beneficiary, sponsor, polo player or entertainer, has always been foremost in our planning. In our current pandemic situation, we simply cannot all be together safely, especially in our usual numbers and field layout. We are hopeful if things continue to improve, we may be able to move the event to September. If not, we look forward to our usual second Saturday in June, which would be June 12, 2021. In the meantime, know that we’re thinking of all of you and missing you! We’re especially thinking of all of our beneficiaries – the Cancer Support Community Central New Jersey (new this year!), the Hunterdon Art Museum, Prevention Resources, Riding with Heart, Team Velvet, and The Toshiko Takaezu Studio Project. All of them are also working hard to find a new normal and need our help more than ever. With events like this cancelled, your donations are more important than ever before. If you are able, please donate today. The links to the individual charities are available at hunterdonpolo.org. If you donate through the Hunterdon Polo Classic donation link, we will divide your donation equally among all the charities. We hope to see you all back here soon – stay well – miss you all!
